$91.99 Cubi 24 is the latestand perhaps most deviousentry in Frédéric Bouchers celebrated Cubi series. Crafted by Pelikan in a striking trio of Limba, American Walnut, and Acacia, this compact puzzle (65 × 65 × 63 mm) hides a surprising twist: a small wooden token engraved with a cheerful smiley face. Your mission is to pack every complex piece and the smiley token into the box so that the smiley is completely hidden from view.
The box itself adds to the challenge. A fixed 1×2×½ voxel block partially obstructs the entry, forcing you to navigate tight angles and rethink your approach. Each puzzle piece includes two halfvoxel extensions, creating unusual geometries that make assembly outside the box trickyand insertion even trickier. A simple cube build wont get you far; rotations are required, and the final sequence inside the box is wonderfully clever.
While BurrTools can help identify possible cube assemblies, only one configuration fits the internal constraints of the box. Even after discovering the correct arrangement, puzzlers must still execute a precise, elegant insertion sequence to complete the solve. Its a satisfying, layered challenge that rewards patience, spatial reasoning, and a bit of creative thinking.
