INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES OF COLLECTIBLES TODAY MERCHANDISE:

At all times possible, you should try to place your order from the links on our site with Collectibles Today, as this way you preserve your right of return as specified by Collectibles Today policies. If, however, Collectibles Today does not ship to your international address, and, due to the great increase in requests for us to order Collectibles Today items for shipping to Europe, Asia and Australia, we have assisted and do endeavor to assist in a timely, safe and risk-free method. Thus, the process is as follows:
- You email us at dollyforsue@misfittoys.net with the list of item(s) numbers from Collectibles Today that you wish to order.
- We send you a confirmation email with item number(s) and total cost. We order and confirm same to you.
- You send an international US postal money order to our address (our address is emailed to you). [Payment via international US postal money order ONLY. Due to significant risk issues with PayPal, we are no longer accepting PayPal as a form of international payment.]
- Calculation is as follows. Please note that you are charged only ACTUAL costs + plus a nominal 10% service fee on the actual item price ONLY:

- When the item(s) are received by us, we will inspect item(s), contact you via email and ship ASAP via boxed Priority International mail.
Please note:
- You will need to provide your telephone number as well as address as USPS requires both our telephone numbers for customs forms.
- This is a SERVICE, and item(s) does/do not qualify for return under Collectibles Today policies, and payment will be nonrefundable.
- Please be aware of time constraints. Despite the fact that we ship these orders within 24 hours of receipt from Collectibles Today, after November 15, we cannot guarantee delivery to us by Collectibles Today and then delivery to your international address via the US Postal Service by Christmas, so please keep that in mind.

- New, lower shipping rates for U.S. PayPal purchases are active, including choices for Priority and Standard Domestic U.S. shipping upon checkout.
- Please note that FRAGILE larger items may incur additional cost for packaging materials, additional weight and insurance.
- Purchases ship via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Typically, most orders ship within a few business days, and all customers receive a courteous email with USPS tracking number so as to keep apprised of delivery. Some orders at separate warehouse locations may ship within 7-10 business days. At Christmas time, we employ added shipping methods as we endeavor to ship within 24 hours during that time of year, particularly in month of December.
- Shipping of PayPal purchases to Alaska or Hawaii incurs additional charges so please email dollyforsue@misfittoys.net for actual shipping charges prior to ordering please.
- Purchases through our affiliates should be handled directly with them, such as Amazon, Disney Store, Franklin Mint, etc., in order to qualify for return privileges or other benefits.

- Returns/Cancellations: PayPal purchases are nonrefundable with only exception of purchases which arrive damaged in transit. Please email dollyforsue@misfittoys.net within three business days of receipt of damaged item for instructions for replacement and return of damaged item. All other purchases ordered through our affiliates such as Amazon, Collectibles Today, Disney, etc., are handled by the purchaser directly with those affiliates.
