    Due to nature of charity and consigned items, PayPal purchases are non-returnable as those purchases benefit their consignors and charities, and payout to them is made at the time of purchase.

International:

ORDER TRACKING: Every order receives an email confirming shipment with tracking number. The PayPal transaction will contain details as well.

SHIPPING: Typically, within 7-10 business days from date order is charged, order is shipped, and purchaser receives confirmation email with delivery confirmation number to keep apprised of approximate receipt. During Christmas season, shipping is prompt within one day. To keep rising USPS postage costs contained, orders outside the Christmas holiday may ship 1st Class or Parcel Post US Mail. Orders are expertly packaged to help ensure safe arrival.
